Automatic PE film L Sealer is PLC based with specially designed protector on the cutting head. Centre Folded POF/ PE is used for flawless sealing and cutting in single stroke. Semi-Automatic L Sealer passes the product automatically into Shrink Tunnel through conveyor belt after sealing and cutting of POF shrink film. Safety device is mounted so that sealing blade does come out of asbestos bracket and safety of the operator is ensured. This machine comes with electromagnetic coil which can be operated manually as well automatic through pneumatic cylinder being operated through foot switch. The average speed comes to 650 to 750 pack / hour

Manual L Sealer is being used for sealing and cutting manually which is being operated by operator. And manually pushed into the shrink tunnel for shrink wrapping of product. The average speed comes to 400 to 500 packs/hour.

Semi-Automatic Web sealer is manufactured by us and is being used to wrap around the bottles, cans with or without bottom carton tray and cartons PE shrink film packing. This machines comes with or without PE film rolling motor for movement of PE shrink film roll. All branded pneumatics and electricals are fitted. As the PE film is being shrink wrapped in two stages like heat duct and then at cooling zone point so that final and clear finish can be seen on the product. After complete shrinkage of PE film, film gains the strength and cannot teared off easily.
